Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Tradeline Express, operated by TXS Strategy Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://tradelineexpress.co/ (the “Site”) and all related services, including the purchase of authorized user tradelines, participation in our cardholder (tradeline supplier) program, and participation in our wholesale broker program (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or signing a digital contract, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TXS Strategy Group, LLC. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident or entity authorized to conduct business in the United States to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you are registering as a business entity (such as a Credit Repair Organization, brokerage, or other business), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Nature of Our Services
2.1 What We Provide
Tradeline Express provides a marketplace for authorized user (“AU”) tradeline services. Specifically, we connect buyers (retail consumers and wholesale brokers) with cardholders (individuals with established credit card accounts) who are willing to temporarily add buyers as authorized users on their credit card accounts, as permitted under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq.
We provide this service in two models:
- Retail (Direct-to-Consumer): Individual consumers purchase tradeline access to be added as authorized users to cardholder credit card accounts.
- Wholesale (B2B Broker Program): Licensed credit industry professionals (credit repair organizations, mortgage brokers, auto loan specialists) purchase tradelines at wholesale pricing for resale to their clients.
2.2 What We Do NOT Provide
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Tradeline Express is NOT a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We do not:
- Provide credit repair services, credit counseling, or dispute services of any kind;
- Dispute, challenge, or seek to remove any information on your credit report;
- Guarantee any specific credit score improvement or outcome;
- Offer primary tradelines or Credit Privacy Numbers (CPNs);
- Provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
Authorized user tradeline services are a separate and distinct service from credit repair. The addition of an authorized user to a credit card account is a standard practice protected under ECOA and recognized by the Federal Reserve.
3. No Guarantees of Results
RESULTS MAY VARY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. The impact of an authorized user tradeline on any individual’s credit profile depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- The individual’s existing credit history, credit mix, and derogatory marks;
- The scoring model(s) used by lenders (e.g., FICO 2, FICO 8, FICO 10T, VantageScore);
- The credit bureau(s) to which the tradeline reports;
- Changes in FICO scoring models or credit bureau reporting practices;
- Other credit activity by the authorized user during or after the reporting period.
We expressly disclaim any representation that the purchase of a tradeline will result in approval for any credit product, loan, mortgage, or lease, or that your credit score will increase by any specific number of points.
4. Ordering Process & Order Acceptance
4.1 Tradeline Selection
You are responsible for selecting tradelines that fit your credit profile goals. We provide tradeline details (account age, credit limit, utilization rate, issuer, and reporting dates) to help you make an informed decision. We are not responsible for tradelines purchased outside the recommended purchase window displayed on the Site.
4.2 Identity Information Required
Prior to checkout, you must provide the authorized user’s legal full name, date of birth, address, and other information required by the cardholder’s card issuer to add the authorized user. You represent that all information submitted is accurate and that you have authorization to provide such information on behalf of the authorized user.
4.3 Digital Contract
All orders require the completion and digital signature of a service agreement via our e-signature provider (ApproveMe.com). Your electronic signature constitutes a legally binding agreement and satisfies requirements under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
4.4 Order Confirmation
An order is not confirmed until we receive (a) full payment, (b) all required authorized user information, and (c) a completed digital contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via the following methods:
- Credit and debit cards (processed via Stripe);
- PayPal;
- ACH/eCheck (processed via Seamless Chex);
- Other payment methods as may be offered on the Site from time to time.
5.2 Payment Timing
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Wholesale broker orders are subject to the payment terms specified in the applicable broker agreement.
5.3 Failed or Disputed Payments
If your payment is declined or results in a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Services, remove any authorized user additions already made, and pursue collection of amounts owed, including any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.
You agree to contact us at support@tradelineexpress.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.
6. Posting Guarantee, Refunds & Replacement Policy
6.1 Eligibility for Guarantee
The following guarantee applies only to orders placed on or before the recommended purchase date displayed on the Site for each tradeline. Orders placed after the recommended purchase date are not eligible for posting guarantees or refunds based on non-posting.
6.2 Posting Window
Tradelines are expected to report to the credit bureaus within the reporting period disclosed at the time of purchase. If a tradeline has not reported after 45 days from the initial expected reporting date communicated to you, you may contact us to initiate a review.
6.3 Partial Posting (2 of 3 Bureaus)
If a tradeline has posted to at least 2 of the 3 major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) but not all 3, we will offer you, at our discretion, one of the following remedies:
- 2 (two) additional reporting periods at no additional charge; or
- A refund of 10% of the purchase price for the affected tradeline.
6.4 Full Non-Posting (Fewer Than 2 Bureaus)
If a tradeline has not posted to at least 2 of the 3 major credit bureaus within the review period, we will offer you one of the following remedies:
- A replacement tradeline of equivalent or greater value at no additional charge; or
- A refund of 110% of the purchase price for the tradeline(s) that did not post.
6.5 Verification Requirements
To assess posting, you must provide us with login credentials for your Experian and Credit Karma accounts (or equivalent access). If a 3-bureau report is required, we will cover the cost of that report. Failure to provide this access within a reasonable time may forfeit your eligibility for the guarantee.
6.6 Customer Satisfaction Voucher
If a tradeline posts to all 3 bureaus but you are not satisfied with the impact on your credit profile, you may be eligible for a $50 voucher redeemable toward credit repair services from one of our approved credit repair partners. This voucher is provided at our sole discretion and does not represent a guarantee of any credit improvement outcome.
6.7 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. We reserve the right to verify all claims before issuing refunds.
7. Reporting Periods, Removal & Extensions
7.1 Standard Reporting Periods
All tradelines purchased on the Site are provided for a minimum of 3 reporting periods and up to a maximum of 8 reporting periods, as specified at the time of purchase. A ‘reporting period’ corresponds to one credit bureau reporting cycle, which occurs approximately monthly.
7.2 Extension Option
Prior to the end of your final reporting period, we will notify you of your upcoming removal. You may elect to extend your time as an authorized user by making an additional payment. Extension pricing will be provided at the time of notification.
7.3 Removal
Upon expiration of your reporting periods (or failure to pay for an extension), the cardholder will remove you as an authorized user. Tradeline Express is not liable for any changes to your credit profile resulting from your removal as an authorized user.
8. Cardholder (Tradeline Supplier) Program
8.1 Eligibility
To participate as a cardholder (tradeline supplier), you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have a FICO score of 700 or higher; (c) possess at least 7 credit card accounts in good standing; and (d) comply with all requirements set forth in the Cardholder Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Cardholder Responsibilities
As a cardholder, you agree to:
- Add authorized users to your credit card accounts only as directed by Tradeline Express;
- Maintain your credit card accounts in good standing throughout the engagement;
- Not add an unauthorized user or engage in any action that could result in fraud;
- Promptly remove authorized users upon instruction from Tradeline Express;
- Comply with all terms and conditions of your credit card issuer(s).
8.3 Cardholder Compensation
Cardholder compensation is paid per authorized user per reporting cycle, based on the age and credit limit of the applicable card, according to the schedule provided in your Cardholder Agreement. Payments are issued approximately 60 days after an authorized user is confirmed as added. Payment timing may vary.
8.4 Account Closure Risk
You acknowledge that selling authorized user positions on your credit card accounts carries a risk of account closure or other action by your card issuer. Tradeline Express does not guarantee that your card issuer will not close or restrict your account. We are not liable for any account closures, credit score impacts, or financial losses resulting from your participation in the cardholder program.
8.5 Tax Responsibilities
Cardholder compensation may be reportable income. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on compensation received through the cardholder program. We may issue 1099-MISC forms as required by law.
9. Wholesale Broker Program
9.1 Eligibility & Approval
Participation in our wholesale broker program is subject to approval by Tradeline Express. Approved brokers receive access to wholesale pricing for tradelines purchased on behalf of their clients.
9.2 Broker Responsibilities
Wholesale brokers agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws governing their business, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state credit repair laws;
- Use compliant language with their clients regarding tradeline services and avoid any prohibited claims as outlined in Section 11 of these Terms;
- Not represent that Tradeline Express guarantees credit score improvements;
- Submit accurate authorized user information for each order;
- Not resell tradelines purchased from Tradeline Express on competing platforms without prior written approval.
9.3 Broker Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided as listed on the Site or as agreed upon in writing with Tradeline Express. We reserve the right to modify wholesale pricing with reasonable notice to approved brokers.
10. Affiliate Program
We offer an affiliate referral program through our Affiliate for WooCommerce plugin. Affiliates who refer new buyers to the Site may earn commissions as specified in the affiliate program terms. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to:
- Promote our services in a truthful, compliant, and ethical manner;
- Not make representations about our services that we have not authorized;
- Not engage in deceptive advertising, spam, or misleading marketing;
- Provide accurate tax and payment information for commission payouts.
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud, at our sole discretion.
11. Prohibited Representations & Compliance
In connection with any use of our Services or any resale of tradelines purchased from us, you agree NOT to make the following representations to consumers or third parties:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability under the FTC Act, CROA, and other applicable laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, pricing structures, and software, is owned by or licensed to TXS Strategy Group, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, identity theft, or credit fraud;
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with your account or any order;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other accounts;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or infrastructure;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Submit Social Security Numbers or identification documents for individuals without their knowledge and consent.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS;
- TRADELINES PURCHASED WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT SCORE CHANGE;
- TRADELINES WILL POST TO ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF CREDIT BUREAUS (SUBJECT TO OUR POSTING GUARANTEE IN SECTION 6);
- OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR FINANCIAL RESULT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TXS STRATEGY GROUP, LLC D/B/A TRADELINE EXPRESS, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TXS Strategy Group, LLC, its members, managers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any representations you make to third parties regarding our Services; or (e) any information you provide in connection with an order that is inaccurate or unauthorized.
17. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity;
- Failure to pay amounts owed;
- Initiation of a chargeback without first contacting us;
- Any conduct we determine is harmful to Tradeline Express, our cardholders, or other users.
Upon termination, any outstanding authorized user additions that have already been processed will remain in place through the end of the current reporting period, subject to our policies and the cardholder’s cooperation.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@tradelineexpress.co and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will use good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
18.3 Jurisdiction
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
18.4 Waiver of Class Actions
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
19. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://tradelineexpress.co/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
20. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
21. Miscellaneous
21.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Cardholder Agreement or Broker Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradeline Express with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
21.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
21.4 No Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Tradeline Express. Cardholders and brokers are independent parties, not employees or agents of Tradeline Express.
21.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
