Selling tradelines with an older, higher limit card pays more per posting than a newer one with a small limit. Most active sellers bring in a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars a month.
How earnings get calculated
Age and credit limit drive most of the payout. A card that’s 5+ years old with a $15,000+ limit can earn $150 or more per posting. A newer card with a smaller limit usually earns $40 to $80.

Selling tradelines by tier

- Premium cards: several years old, mid range limit
- Elite cards: 10+ years old, high limit, top payout per cycle

What affects your risk
Sell tradelines through a company that paces how many users get added to each card. Adding too many at once raises the odds of a bank taking notice.
