6.2 Cardholders (Tradeline Suppliers)

When you purchase a tradeline, we share the minimum necessary information — typically the authorized user’s name, date of birth, and address — with the cardholder who will add the authorized user to their credit card account. We do not share payment information with cardholders.

6.3 Affiliated Brokers

If you were referred to us by a broker partner, we may share order status and confirmation information with that broker as part of fulfilling your order.

6.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

6.5 Business Transfers
